Sagittarius February 2019

Sagittarius

Sagittarius (23 November – 21 December)

As February starts, lovely Venus leaves your star sign, Sagittarius on the 3rd. Venus will be back in November but hopefully, the planet of love and relating has left you with some sweet memories.

You still have your ruling planet and the planet of opportunity, Jupiter, in your star sign. In fact, you have Jupiter here all year which spells good news. Plus, in February, Jupiter is springing surprises early on as it teams up with talk planet, Mercury, on the 3rd and the Sun on the 8th.

This is all part of the New Moon vibe which falls in sociable Aquarius on the 4th. This whole combination is lively and good fun. It’s an excellent time to expand your social network, use your online connections to good effect and ask for what you want.

It could be a top week for marketing or sales or finding a new group of people who are a delight to be around. You are one of the extrovert fire signs so you’re at your best when you can bounce ideas off other people and share life’s experiences.

Mercury remains in Aquarius until the 10th and the Sun’s here until the 18th. As this is your communication sector, express yourself in both the written and spoken word. Lead a talk, get involved in community issues or start a blog. Use words to express yourself and what you believe in.

Aquarius rules siblings and relatives, neighbours as well as your local community. If you’re feeling lonely, reach out to people close by or do the same for them. It doesn’t take a lot to initiate a conversation or stop by to see how a neighbour’s doing. Jupiter’s lore states that the more you give, the more you receive in return.

Love planet Venus leaves your star sign, Sagittarius, on the 3rd but you still have passion planet Mars lighting up Aries and your romance sector until the 13th. However, this is full-on planetary energy which could coincide with excitement or drama in your life.

Mars clashes with Pluto on the 2nd and this is a combustible planetary combination. Tempers flare quickly and if you’re not happy with someone, emotions will rise. Decide whether or not it’s wise to confront someone about their behaviour or whether you’d rather back off.

Money could be an issue with regard to a lover or a child, if you’re a parent. The money sector of your horoscope is packed full of intense astrology and the Mars-Pluto clash could bring any issues out into the open.

Note, however, that lovely Venus, the planet of reconciliation, enters Capricorn on the 3rd where she remains until the end of February. This helps you resolve any financial issues or create a sense of unity rather than separation.

Venus runs into Saturn on the 18th and Pluto on the 23rd, which are significant dates in this respect. This indicates that you’re wise to take the sensible approach when it comes to money matters.

Put boundaries and guidelines in place that protect you and the ones you love and save for the future. Line up a long-term plan, if you haven’t already done so. Money is one area of your life where it’s wise to have realistic expectations, rather than believe anything’s possible.

Back to Mars and on the 13th, Mars gets ready to leave your fellow fire sign Aries with a flourish. This is the date that Mars and Uranus unite and these two planets have been having a love affair for some time.

Uranus moved into Aries in 2010/2011 and will finally leave this part of your horoscope on March 6th. It won’t be back for another 84 years. If your love life has been an on-off affair or unpredictable, you may be glad to see the back of Uranus.

Mars also leaves Aries on the 14th of this month but the Mars/Uranus conjunction on the 13th suggests it’s going out in spectacular style. This could bring someone new into your life unexpectedly or perhaps you’re ready to drop everything for the one you love.

Alternatively, ou may recognise that this is the end of the line for an ongoing love affair that hasn’t brought you the fulfilment and happiness you wanted. If so, this is an ideal time to split and move on.

It depends on your current situation whether this means Valentines Day, on the 14th, is notable or not. You do have the Moon in Gemini and your relationship sector, even if Mars is crashing out of Aries and your romance sector. In brief, happiness is being with someone who’s your best friend first and foremost.

In the second half of the month, turn your attention to your home and family life, your work and your health. This is when you get a chance to lead a calmer lifestyle and to focus on the areas that can bring you stability and emotional fulfilment.

Talk planet, Mercury, enters Pisces and your home and family sector on the 10th followed by the Sun on the 18th. Plus there’s a Full Moon cutting across the Virgo/Pisces axis of the zodiac on the 19th. This could be a pivotal date for moving, a family get-together or a work or career decision. Full Moons bring clarity to your situation.

Finally, action planet, Mars, moves into earth sign Taurus on the 14th where it remains until the end of March. Put energy and commitment into your working life, your routine, your health and well-being as any efforts you make will pay off in a couple of month’s time.
