As the month begins, there are five planets in your fellow water sign of Pisces, including the Sun (ego), your ruler Mars (action), Mercury (communication), Venus (love) and Neptune (imagination). It’s a heady mix but the spotlight’s firmly on fun, creativity and making the most of life. Children may figure strongly in your life and if you’re a parent, it’s a wonderful month to spend quality time with your children. It’s basically about finding the feel-good factor in life and doing whatever gives you pleasure.
Pisces rules romance in your chart and if you’re looking for love ensure that finding Mr/Ms Right is top priority. The New Moon in Pisces on the 11th is a great day to go on a date or initiate contact with someone new. Make a wish when you first see the crescent Moon in the sky as it’s believed your dreams will come true.
If you’re married or in a long-term relationship then ensure you make time to have fun with your other half and engage in activities that you both enjoy. Work and routine matters will pick up again as the month progresses so make the most of any opportunity early March to spend quality time together.
Whatever you’re up to this month, however, it’s best to put off any major decisions until Mercury turns direct on the 17th. Mercury is the planet of communication and plans often go awry when Mercury’s retrograde or on go slow. You may find yourself being pulled back into the past whether you reconnect with a childhood sweetheart or you find yourself reminiscing and indulging in memories of times gone by.
If you’re waiting to hear any news that’s related to children or creativity, Mercury’s direct motion often brings new information to light and could be the green light you’ve been hoping for.
This is also a good month to make some new commitments as Saturn in your sign of Scorpio is in helpful mode. Whether you want to get your voice heard, create a regular date night or focus on your children, Saturn allows you to create new structures in your life that work for you.
As the month progresses so too do the planets start to change sign and the energy shifts dramatically. Mars, your ruler, moves into the fire sign Aries on the 12th stoking the fires of your ambition and changing the focus from fun and pleasure to work and health. Mars is followed by the Sun on the 20th, the day of the spring equinox, and Venus on the 22nd.
Aries is the sign of the self-starter and good for motivation levels. Begin a new health regime and do what you can to ensure that you’re in tip-top condition. If you notice you’re becoming more stressed, a daily run, walk or exercise can really help shake the cobwebs away and liven up your energy. What you eat is important too so do your bit to keep yourself motivated and energetic.
You may find that your work situation changes quickly in the second half of the month and there could be some surprises in store. The unpredictable planet Uranus is also in this part of your chart and connects with Mars on the 22nd, Venus on the 28th and the Sun on the 29th. This may bring work in or out of your life literally overnight. Try and pre-empt what might happen in your life and if you think that you can make things happen with a phone call or by contacting a person of influence, go for it.
It’s always best to work with the energy of the planets and Uranus is the planet of spontaneity, inventiveness and originality. If you’re applying for a job at the end of the month, ensure that you stand out from the crowd. Get yourself noticed and be unique and different. The quicker you act the more chance you have of taking advantage of the lively planetary energy.
