During this period, Mercury is in earth sign Virgo, its other sign of rulership. Virgo rules your home and family, your past and where you come from. It’s the star sign at the base of your horoscope, what roots you and keeps you feeling grounded.

Therefore, it’s wise asking yourself why this area of your life is so busy. You might be asking other people for support, helping out more than usual with family or have lots of plans for your home or the place you live or work. 

This would be a good time to make lists to ensure nothing gets dropped or forgotten. Virgo is the star sign which represents order and structure, analysis and strategy. You can get a lot done now but it’s super busy too.

Juggling People & Career

Also, there may be other reasons why you’re juggling lots of different balls and trying your best not to drop any. This is because of a major planetary aspect between Jupiter in Sagittarius and Neptune in Pisces. These two planets are boundless, hopeful, also potentially overwhelming or over the top.

These two giants make their third and final planetary aspect on the 21st. They first came together in January and June of this year. Plus, during the first half of September, they trigger all the inner planets moving through Virgo and your home and family sector.

This pulls in other people, other areas of your life. Jupiter in Sagittarius is about partnership, both personal and professional. You may be working out how to live with someone or how to work alongside someone successfully. You could discover this month that you have quite different ideas about what’s right and what’s not.

You want more than everyday routine. You need an escape route, an outlet from the 9-to-5. This month’s events could prove extraordinary for you and be deeply fulfilling. You may find that by the end of the month, you have a new vision for what you want for yourself, for your family.

Yes, it is a gorgeous month to play big and live fully. This will become evident to you around the Full Moon on the 14th which falls in Pisces and your career and vocation sector. 

There will, however, be times when you feel lost or confused about what next or simply overwhelmed with the choice or options in front of you. Also, you need to watch out for being seduced or fooled and keep a close eye on your family to ensure that they’re not hoodwinked. 

Not everyone will benefit from this month’s astrology, especially people who are more sensitive, more susceptible to the pull of glamour, fame or riches. The trick is to keep your feet on the ground and engage your common sense, if in doubt.

This could feel easier for you as Libra is a fellow air sign, when logic and rationality kick in. You’re back in the domain of working things out rather than trusting and living alongside hope and faith.

This airy vibe continues through to the Equinox, when the Sun enters Libra on the 23rd. This date heralds a change of season and it’s a time when fun and play dominate. Do whatever gives you pleasure, team up with people you love, your children, a new lover, your social circle.

Libra rules a lucky sector of your horoscope, when enjoyment and entertainment peak and your creative juices begin to flow. Be actively social during the second half of September, especially if you’re looking for love. Events around the New Moon in Libra on the 28th could be exceptional for you.

Letting Go

Finally, there is one more important turn of events to note. Saturn, the taskmaster of the heavens, turns direct in Capricorn and your joint finance sector on the 18th. Since April, Saturn has been retrograde, retracing its steps through the zodiac alongside the karmic South Node. It’s only on the 28th when Saturn finally starts to pull away. 

This could act as a release from debt or a stuck situation, financially, emotionally or sexually. The situation may intensify before it resolves but consider your personal situation in the areas mentioned. Make a conscious decision to let go of a bad habit or fear, to move forwards with purpose and determination.
