It’s all about money this month, but it’s also important that you take your time. Up until the 13th, action planet Mars is retrograde in Aquarius and your joint finance sector and, up until the 19th, communication planet Mercury is retrograde in Leo and your personal money sector.
Therefore, this is the time to review your finances, for negotiations but not for making major investments or final decisions. Often when planets are retrograde, you don’t have all the facts at your fingertips, which is why it’s worth biding your time, until you know what’s what.
The astrology on the 2nd is especially volatile and unpredictable, so rein in your spending and don’t let other people fight you for your cash.
The dates that could prove remarkable are the 9th and 11th. Retrograde Mercury teams up with the Sun on the 9th and the Solar Eclipse happens on the 11th. This can be a magical combination, connected to past events. Perhaps, something coming good that was put in place earlier in the year or even one year ago.
Trust your intuition during this period and see what news emerges. You’re still in the dark but it’s worth sowing seeds that could prove fruitful further down the line.
Relationships too might be part of the puzzle as Mars retreats back into your opposite star sign Capricorn on the 13th. This may highlight events regarding an ex or someone who was in your life previously. Mars in Capricorn is a bold and courageous combination and when Mars turns direct on the 27th, a relationship heats up.

This combination is gorgeous for beautifying your home or having family to stay. Either that or get together with loved ones somewhere calm or healing. This is your cue to heal a rift in your family or to find a way to live together that’s easy rather than challenging.
Also, on the 19th, big planets Jupiter and Neptune waft their magic. These two boundless planets are in fellow water signs; Jupiter in Scorpio and Neptune in Pisces. This is about doing more of what you love and seeking inspiration in your life.
Go on a journey, be creative and open to wonder. This is particularly significant for you if you’re dealing with tricky practicalities. Lose yourself in a good way.
After the 23rd, the Sun moves into Virgo and it’s time to get organised, ready for September. Think filing, planning and writing lists.
