The start of September could prove confusing as the astrology paints a complex picture. The other factors indicating that there could be ups and downs now for you unsettling your routine are this month’s eclipses. The solar or New Moon eclipse takes place on the 1st in Virgo and the lunar or Full Moon eclipse takes place on the 16th. Eclipses are game changers, they bring a new dimension, a fresh perspective and they’re often linked to dramatic events.
If you’re looking for work use the eclipse energy to take advantage of changes in your department or to seek out fresh work. Especially at the lunar eclipse someone wins and someone loses and if you act fast you can end up on the winning team.
Yet with eclipses there’s a sense that you need to close a door on the past before you can start afresh. Expect job changes or unexpected events as this is unsettled territory and with regard to your health, keep an open mind. Switch your routine, try a new diet, explore different remedies. You might experience periods when you’re in touch with the whole range of your emotions this month, fear, sadness or anxiety, especially close to the eclipse dates. The key date is the 17th, one day after the lunar eclipse when Mars teams up with rebellious planet Uranus in your sign of Aries. This is a go-getting combination when you can be spontaneous, bold, courageous.
If everyday matters aren’t working out, use this an excuse to do something different and exciting in the month ahead. If you can distinguish between work and career, what you do for a living and your true vocation, choose the higher calling. The end of September could prove significant for you as there’s powerful planetary energy in your career sector.
Mercury turns direct in a close trine aspect to power planet Pluto in Capricorn on the 22nd, Pluto turns direct in Capricorn on the 26th and your ruler Mars enters Capricorn on the 27th. This has got to prove decisive and after a month of faffing or studying or not knowing which way to turn, there’s a sense that new doors are beginning to open. Take on a position of authority, step into a new role, decide what you want next in life and go for it.
You also have a lot of support on your hands this month as your partner planet Venus is in your opposite sign of Libra until the 23rd. Venus rules love and money, all the good things in life and this is Venus at her best. Plus there’s major movement this month as the biggest and best planet, Jupiter, is changing signs. This event happens approximately once a year and on the 9th Jupiter leaves Virgo and enters Libra. Jupiter rules freedom so this is another indication that you’re wise to move on, to let go of what no longer serves you.
