Finding My Way To Astrology
Born in Blackpool in the UK, I studied German language & literature at Manchester University, specialising in the sexual nature of fairytales, the start of my love affair with symbolic language. I’m sure my northern roots help me bring the magical art of astrology down to earth in a way that makes it real and easy to understand.
My astrological journey began in 1989. It was my Saturn Return and I fell in love with astrology when I started studying at the Company of Astrologers in London. I passed their advanced course in Craft and Creativity in 1994. During the late 1990’s I tutored for the Company and I lectured and taught astrology in London and Brighton.
Media Astrology
Media astrology was my stepping stone into my career as an astrologer. I have written horoscopes and astrology features for many top newspapers and magazines in the UK and abroad, including TV Times, Daily Star, Sunday Express magazine, Chat It’s Fate, BBCi website.

Scorpio Soul-Mate
The years from 1997-2000 were particularly eventful for me. In 1997, I celebrated buying my first home and grieved my father’s death. In 1998, I met my Scorpio soulmate, Dave, travelling in Venezuela.
I am a strong believer in synchronicity. When I met my partner on the other side of the world and discovered we lived 5 minutes away from each other in London, I knew it was meant to be.
It was the second major relationship that began on my Jupiter Return and proved to be the most important in my life. We were together for 19 years, a complete Nodal Return.
Beautiful Libra Daughter
In 2000, our daughter was born one month after my mother died. It was a bitter-sweet time but throughout I was greatly supported by family and friends.
She is without a doubt my best creation. I love her to bits and her sweet, kind and funny nature uplifts my spirits.
Spiritual Path
A love of personal development & my spiritual path has always run alongside my fascination with astrology for most of my adult life.
In 2009, I went to India to participate in a retreat and meditation course. It was a life-changing decision and I now belong to a retreat group of like-minded souls. We explore meditation and spirituality as well as practising meditation on a daily level.
Little Blue Books
In 2017, I was approached by Hodder & Stoughton, to write their ‘Twelve Astrology Titles’ series. The sun sign books have been so well-received and they are a great introduction to astrology. Clients often find me through my little blue books. You can find out more here: Books.
Work With Me
We all have our own journey in life and astrology has become deep-rooted within my own. I can’t imagine living without astrology, not only to navigate my life but help you navigate yours.
The more years I spend on this earth, the more I recognise that teaching, consulting and helping others is a true gift for all parties concerned, myself included. I work with many clients around the globe.
Astrology continues to bless my life and the stars above are a constant reminder of the interconnectedness of all things. Working with astrology helps you realise that you inhabit a meaningful universe.
