Mercury, the planet that rules communication, thought and the mind, enters Scorpio today (exact 11:38 GMT) where it remains until 5th December 2013.

This tells us that Mercury is up to its tricks over the next few months and will be leading us a merry dance as it enters retrograde motion from 21st October-10th November.
It’s always a good idea to back up computer files and sort out any technological or electrical issues before the date when Mercury turns retrograde, i.e. 21st October.
The Mercury retrograde period is not the best time to make major purchases on cars, technology or anything else that could prove to turn out faulty. Go for it before that date or wait until nearer Christmas.
