Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux

One of the most common questions I’m asked as an astrologer is whether couples are compatible: “I’m a Scorpio and he’s a Gemini – is it a good match?” Sun sign compatibility is fascinating and over the next month or so I intend to blog on some of the more common love connections. First up: opposites attract, inspired by new couple on the block, Jennifer Aniston (born February 11 1969 – Aquarius) and Justin Theroux (born August 10 1971 – Leo).

Gemini-Sagittarius: Communication v. Exploration. Knowledge v. Wisdom. Gemini is constantly on the move, flighty, witty and loves gossip. Sagittarius is the traveller, a seeker of truth and deeper meaning in life. Together these two can have lots of fun and have the ability to teach and learn from each other. Cancer-Capricorn: Home v. Work. Mother v. Father. Cancer needs comfort and nourishment and takes pride in nurturing family and friends. Capricorn is the workaholic of the zodiac who aspires to great things in life and is always looking for another mountain to climb. This can be a warm, safe connection as the couple provide for and protect each other. Leo-Aquarius: Individuality v. the Group. the Entertainer v. the Brainiac. Leo is a natural extrovert who loves to perform and adores a life filled with play and a chance to be self-expressive. Aquarius is cerebral, more introverted and interested in the group and social dynamic but with a wacky side. Two unique individuals who can be best friends. Virgo-Pisces: Service v. Sacrifice. Order v. Chaos. Virgo’s the list-maker, the perfectionist who thrives on routine and an orderly universe. Pisces is the poet, the mystic, a soft touch.
